It's that time to come together as a church as we just celebrated our anniversary so we can reflect back and look forward to a new year. It's a family gathering so don't miss this opportunity for all the different departments in our church to come together for our annual One Day Retreat at Mount Hermon Conference Center on Saturday, November 14th. We'll start registration from 9:30 a.m. with our first message at 10 a.m. This year's theme is "Life Together". We'll spend one entire day in one of the most beautiful retreat centers in the Santa Cruz mountains enjoying nature, hearing God's Word and spending time together. It's our annual Joyland celebration for children from ages 3 to 11 on October 31st and it's always a fun time for everyone. This year's theme is "Jesus is Our True Hero" so we'll get to see all kinds of superheroes that aren't quite as strong as THE greatest superhero of all. Travel from booth to booth and play fun games, watch entertaining skits, sing songs and have a great time. We'll meet from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall.
